Comfortable room recently updated with a big TV with lots of channels, AC, and a microwave for your convenience. The bed is super comfy and they let you check in early if you need to. 😊

The rooms had all the essentials and our stay was excellent.

The facility is definitely in need of updates. Lightning fixtures we falling apart, cords hanging from the window frames, chunks out of the walls, leaky windows, outdated bedspread with holes, & the shower head sprayed everywhere. It is in need of repairs & renovation, but they all did their best with what they had.

I loved this quiet and friendly hotel, great prices. There were well-appointed rooms with a microwave, extra pillows, fridge, and microwave. - Everything here was perfect. - Venue's location was convenient, easy to drop off car rental. - It was near the airport, mall, and restaurants.

Best and excellent staff, everything was good. The food was good for breakfast.

It is located 5 minutes from the San Antonio Airport, And gives residents a free shuttle to the airport. A very important advantage especially for those of lus who have very little time in The San Antonio area and do not know our way around the area easily. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and easy to get along with and did everything in their power to keep us comfortable and rested.

It is obviously a very hard used facility and needs some cosmetic and general maintenance work of somewhat extensive needs. The towel rack in room 118 was broken and not fixed. A lamp light was broken and not fixed till asked. There is tattering on the window coverings etc. but It is a GReat location and needs some good attention to remain the very good facility it can be.

The property's location was peaceful, in a more commercial area. There was café La Panaderia, that I found within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with extra pillows, microwave.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the car rental return, restaurant, airport, car rental office, mall. The property is exceptionally clean. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and amiable.

Booked this location for their hot tub, when I got there it wasn't working. The pool water seemed merky. TV would not work, called the office the gentlemen came up couldn't get it to work said he would come back with the manger & never did. Had to call again the next day.

This place is a good size and has all the basic amenities you need. It's super close to the airport, highways, a mall, and plenty of restaurants. The bed was comfy and everything you need is nearby.
